No, we currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid before dispatch.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Please record a continuous video from before opening the package until the product is fully unpacked. Damage claims can only be verified with a complete unboxing video. Requests submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement.
